As an independent property on Ku'damm, Louisa's Place faced the challenge of sustainably strengthening its direct booking strategy and significantly reducing its dependence on high-commission Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). The goal was to establish an additional, clearly measurable sales channel that provides access to a high-value target audience (particularly across the DACH region and internationally) without requiring a fixed media budget. The objective was to drive performance-based growth.

On June 4, 2025, the partnership with Hotel Campaign launched on a 100% performance-based pay-per-sale/CPA model. To achieve these goals, a full-funnel approach was implemented, connecting content, deal, and network publishers throughout the entire booking decision journey. Targeted publisher matching connected the hotel with relevant travel publishers and premium travel environments. Transparent monitoring in the Hotel Campaign dashboard enabled real-time tracking of clicks and booking volumes.

The performance-based strategy delivered rapid success: In the first six months of the campaign, Louisa's Place generated a booking volume of €30,000. Particularly impressive is the high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of 14:1 in the affiliate channel, with effective marketing costs of just 7% (as a commission on generated revenue). The average booking value reached a profitable €690.
